Simple, Visual Monitoring

The Pinkmark LX uses the same thermochromic chemistry as the Pinktail line, re-engineered into a compact label format that can be printed by standard printers in ultra-cold environments.

1

Print & Apply

Print the Pinkmark LX label using a standard printer in an ultra-cold environment, then apply it directly to the product — a vaccine vial, biospecimen container, or storage vessel.

2

Activate

The label activates automatically during printing or via a membrane-style button press. Once active, the label displays a bright pink color confirming it is monitoring.

3

Monitor

The label remains pink as long as the product stays below its signal temperature. If the heat threshold is breached, the label transitions from pink to clear — providing an unmistakable visual alert.

Same Science, New Format

The Pinkmark LX leverages the same thermochromic chemistry trusted in the Pinktail BX line — re-formulated for a thin, printable label that delivers the same reliable color-change response.

Pink = Safe

When the product remains at or below the designated signal temperature, the label stays bright pink. The vivid color is easily visible at a glance, even through packaging, confirming cold-chain integrity is maintained.

Clear = Compromised

If the product is exposed to temperatures above the signal threshold, the indicator chemistry causes the pink pigment to fade to clear. This irreversible transition provides a permanent record of heat exposure.

Designed for Direct-to-Product Monitoring

The Pinkmark LX is purpose-built for environments where a compact, adhesive indicator applied directly to the product is the ideal monitoring solution.

Vaccine Vials & Syringes

Apply directly to individual vaccine vials or pre-filled syringes for per-unit cold-chain verification from manufacturing through last-mile delivery.

Biospecimen Containers

Label cryovials, blood bags and tissue sample containers directly, providing sample-level temperature monitoring throughout storage and transit.

Cold-Chain Logistics

Integrate into existing labeling workflows for high-volume shipments, giving every unit its own built-in temperature integrity witness.
